Disable route propagation

You can disable route propagation to a route table from a virtual gateway.

This action removes the routes of the VPN (Virtual Private Network) connection from the route table. For the VPN connection to remain available, you must then manually add each route to the route table.

This action requires the following IAM (Identity and Access Management) permissions:

• connectivity.vpnconnection.update

Console

1. Click in the Route Tables dashboard to display the checkboxes.
2. Tick the checkbox of the route table towards which you want to disable route propagation. The route table is selected and an actions menu appears.
3. Click Disable route propagation. The "Disable route propagation" dialog box appears.
4. Click Disable. Route propagation is disabled.

API

The PUT /compute/spaces/{spaceId}/routeTables/{id}/routePropagation command configures route propagation by a virtual gateway towards a specified route table of a VPC (Virtual Private Cloud).
