1. How do I edit my information in my space?
To edit your information, go to the console. On the left-hand banner, click the IAM (Identity and Access Management) section. Then, in Spaces, click the ID of the relevant space: you will have access to the general information of the space as well as the assigned users. Click the ID of the user you want to edit, and you will be able to edit the surname, first name, email address, account status, and the assigned spaces along with their roles and permissions.
2. How do I report a technical issue?
To report a technical issue, please contact our technical support, providing as much detail as possible.
3. Where can I find updates on the services?
Updates regarding our services will be published shortly on our status page. Currently being created, this page will allow you to view planned interventions.
4. Which VM (Virtual Machine) templates do I have access to?
The available virtual machine templates can be viewed on our website Pricing - Numspot.
5. Does Numspot restrict access to services through a proxy?
No, Numspot does not impose any access limitation through a proxy. Our URLs are entirely public and accessible without exception. If you encounter connectivity issues when using Terraform, the API or other tools with Numspot, check that your proxy configuration allows outbound traffic to Numspot.
6. Why is my Windows license not activated automatically?
In some cases, a manual activation of the Windows license may be required.
To activate your license manually, start by adding an outbound rule to the security group associated with your virtual machine in order to allow traffic to the IP address 169.254.169.254. Then, run the following commands in PowerShell:
slmgr.vbs /skms 169.254.169.254
slmgr.vbs /ato
