Delete a VPN connection

You can delete a VPN (Virtual Private Network) connection between your corporate network and one of your VPC (Virtual Private Cloud) in the Numspot Cloud.

This action deletes the secure VPN tunnel between the client gateway and the virtual gateway.

This action requires the following IAM (Identity and Access Management) permissions:

• connectivity.vpnconnection.delete

Console

1. Click inside the VPN Connections dashboard to display the tick boxes.
2. Tick the box of the VPN connection you want to delete. The VPN connection is selected and an actions menu appears.
3. Click Delete. A confirmation dialog box appears.
4. Click Delete. The VPN connection is deleted.

Deleted resources remain visible for 1 hour.

API

The DELETE /connectivity/spaces/{spaceId}/vpnConnections/{id} command deletes a specified VPN connection. If you want to delete a VPC and all its dependencies, it is recommended to detach the virtual gateway from the VPC and to delete the VPC before deleting the VPN connection. This allows you to delete the VPC without waiting for the VPN connection to be deleted.
